Where do I find the right help?
I Seek Help International — a bridge between people seeking help and professionals equipped to help them.
What I do
My work today is not primarily about coaching or counselling people one at a time. It’s about solving bigger problems — building better ways for humans to understand themselves, recognise their patterns, develop themselves and find the right help.
Three questions
Today, three of those solutions answer three very different human questions.
I Seek Help International — a bridge between people seeking help and professionals equipped to help them.
Paradigm Profiles™ — a map of how you think, receive, process, communicate and connect.
Paradigm Patterns — making recurring patterns visible so you can choose a different result.
I Seek Help International
Sometimes you know something isn’t right. You know you need support. Then comes the difficult part: who do I speak to?
A counsellor? A coach? A psychologist? A wellness professional? A mentor? Someone specialising in relationships, trauma, business or personal development?
Sometimes people aren’t refusing to seek help. They simply don’t know where to start.
That’s one of the reasons I founded I Seek Help International. To create a bridge between people seeking help and professionals equipped to help them.
Finding support shouldn’t require you to understand an entire profession first. Sometimes it should be as simple as being able to say:
I SEEK HELP.

Paradigm Profiles™
Why are we so different? Why does one person need facts while another needs connection? Why do we communicate differently, process the same information differently, and approach relationships and conflict differently?
I didn’t want another label. I wanted a map.
That journey led to Paradigm Profiles™ — an instrument designed to bring different dimensions of the human being together and provide insight into how we think, receive information, process information, communicate, connect, respond and interact with the world.
It’s not about putting you into a box. It’s about helping you understand the patterns behind how you naturally operate.

Paradigm Patterns
Understanding who you are created another question: what about the things you repeatedly do?
The relationship patterns. The avoidance. The triggers. The defence mechanisms. The choices. The reactions. The behaviours that keep producing the same outcome.
Some patterns helped us. Some protected us. Some helped us survive, belong or succeed. But sometimes a pattern that once protected you becomes the pattern that limits you.
Paradigm Pattern Recognition makes those patterns visible. You can’t consciously change something you can’t yet see. And once you recognise the pattern… you have a choice.
